At American Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and leisure purchases. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RA number on the package for faster processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
